Writ of Execution, Klosterneuburg District Court 2004

In a court case on December 3rd, 1996, Mr. Griess had to commit himself to desist from propagating the completely unfounded and false allegations that “incest, adultery, fraud etc.” take place among the “Norwegians”.

Despite his solemn oath before the court that he would refrain from doing so, he continued to spread these allegations. At a lecture on dangerous sects in Gaaden near Vienna, members of our movement witnessed him handing out brochures that contained the same accusations word for word (!): “incest, adultery, fraud etc.”, in order to cast suspicions of criminality on our church.

The consequences: Proceedings before the Klosterneuburg District Court in April 2004, where Mr. Griess was sentenced to pay a penalty of € 1000, as well as having to pay the court fees.
