Statutory Declaration from March 30, 1996
(In this document, in the form of a statutory document, I have repudiated several false accusations made by my father as early as May 30, 1996, and present the actual facts to the best of my knowledge and belief.)

Statutory Declaration
  1. I, Wiltrud Griess, born on March 6, 1963 living in Wien 11, Dampfmühlgasse 3/10, make the following affidavit:
My father, Mr. D.I. Friedrich Griess, has alleged for many years, in writing as well as verbally, that the movement, the "Norwegians", as it is called, has caused me severe psychological harm. This allegation is completely untrue!

The truth is that the root of my psychological problems comes from my childhood experiences. In addition to this, my psychological problems were analysed by doctors outside of this fellowship, among others, by Dr. Krieger, a specialist in neurology and psychiatry, and who is a legally sworn-in specialist. He diagnosed an endogenous depression.

My father visited this doctor, and accused him of working together with the "sect". From this the doctor understood that my father was suffering from a "sect delusion (mania)" and he told him so, straight to his face. The doctor later related this to me.

  2. My parents claim repeatedly that every 2-3 weeks for more than a year, I slapped my father's face, spat on him and kicked him. It is true that - for 2 or at the most 3 times - I actually did attack my father, but never on behalf of the "Norwegian Movement", but it was due to my emotional and physical problems. It is also true that he put up resistance, and that I received a bruised cheek from one (or more) slaps on the face during these confrontations. Later, I repeatedly asked my father for forgiveness, which he clearly would not accept.

  3. Further, my father continuously claims that Dr. Peter Koller, who was at that time a medical student, and is now a practicing doctor, won me by means of "flirty fishing". I reject this claim quite emphatically. Peter Koller never molested me sexually in any way, and not verbally either. I got to know Peter and his sister Evelyn at that time, quite by chance at a Norwegian course at the University, and it was a normal contact as is common among students. I have learned, in the meantime, what "flirty fishing" means, and again I want to reject this claim quite emphatically .
